IET Pte Ltd is a licensed WSH manpower supply in Singapore providing certified Workplace Safety and Health Officers (WSHO), Safety Coordinators, and EHS professionals for construction, manufacturing, logistics, and industrial sectors. We help companies meet MOM and WSH regulations by deploying qualified safety officers in Singapore who ensure compliance, enforce safe work practices, and prevent incidents. Our WSHO manpower services are ideal for businesses looking to hire WSHO or temporary and long-term safety officers for on-site monitoring and compliance.
• MOM & WSH Act aligned deployment • Site-experienced safety professionals • Temporary, project-based & long-term support • Reduced compliance risk and operational disruption
We provide Workplace Safety and Health Officers (WSHO) and safety coordinators for construction sites, manufacturing, marine, oil & gas, logistics, and engineering sites in Singapore - ensuring full WSH compliance and safe work environments across all industries.
We ensure every safety officer we deploy is trained, experienced, and aligned with your company’s operational safety culture.
The two roles are often used interchangeably in job listings, but under Singapore’s WSH framework they are distinct appointments with different qualification requirements and different scopes of responsibility. Appointing the wrong one, or assuming a coordinator satisfies a WSH Officer requirement, is a common and costly mistake.
In practice, the distinction matters most when a project is awarded and the contract specifies the required appointment, and during MOM inspections. A coordinator cannot replace a registered WSH Officer where one is required. IET supplies both roles. If you are unsure which your site requires, share the project type, contract value and headcount, and we will confirm the correct appointment before you commit. Contact our team.
Share the project type, contract value, headcount and expected duration. If you are unsure whether your workplace requires a WSH Officer or a WSH Coordinator, we will confirm which appointment applies.
Candidates are screened against the experience relevant to your sector and site risk, and we confirm their MOM registration is current.
IET handles the employment contract, work pass status and payroll setup. You make the appointment as occupier and we provide the registration details for your records.
IET remains the employer of record and manages replacement, leave cover and renewal for the duration of the engagement, so the appointment does not lapse.
This is where supply arrangements are used. Engaging an already-registered WSH Officer through a manpower supplier avoids the registration timeline entirely.
